Chocolate  Brownies

Ingredients 

Chocolate Dark - 250 grams/ 1 cup/ 8 ounce
Coco (preferably Dutch processed) - 1/4 cup
Expresso Powder (Coffee Powder) - 2 tbsp
Butter Melted - 1 1/2 cup

Sugar white granulate - 2 cups
Sugar Brown - 1/2 cup
Vanilla - 1 tbsp
Salt - 2 tbsp 
Eggs- 6 nos 

Flour - 1 cup
Coco (preferably Dutch processed) - 1/2 cup

Instructions 

Melt the butter and add in coco, expresso powder and chocolate and mix

Mix granulated and brown sugar, vanilla, salt and beat one egg at a time for minimum of 7-8 mins

Then mix the above made chocolate sauce while beating and beat for another 5 minutes.

Swift these dry ingredients into the above batter and gently fold.

Pour into a pan with butter paper.

Bake for 20 mins at 170 degree Celsius.

Then take out the pan and whack then on a table so that cracks are formed on the top.

Bake for another 20-25 mins. 

 

Cool them completely and cut into perfect squares. Serve em hot.

These are the best brownies you will eat if u follow the steps to the dot and I assure you that!
